| Our definition of commission is 'a personal work of art, created from a client's source material.' That material could be photos or memorabilia or special objects (such as would make a good still life). We can use your photos, or if you are local to the Washington, DC area, we can come photograph your house or pet. You not only get our photography, but you also get a designer on site to create the composition. It also allows us to take 'detail' shots, so that what is not possible or evident in the camera eye's view of the main photo may be added to the final painting. We will post proofs for your review as the project progresses. |
