The sale of each of our digital images is restricted to use by purchaser only. If purchaser is using image for personal use only, the number of uses is unlimited. If purchaser is a designer incorporating the art into a brochure or magazine or advertising, and profit is made from the use of the image, the number of uses is defined as a one time use. If purchaser intends to publish the image for profit, please contact Shelden Studios to negotiate contract.
