Digital Artwork Terms: The sale of each of our digital images is restricted to use by purchaser only. If purchaser is using image for personal use only, the number of uses is unlimited. If the purchaser is a designer incorporating the art into a brochure or magazine or advertising, for business purposes, then the use of the image, is defined as a one time use. If purchaser intends to publish the image for profit, please contact Shelden Studios to negotiate contract. |
About the sale of images and original artwork: Shelden Studios retains the full image rights of every image it creates. If an original is sold, copies of the original will continue to be sold and contracted for use solely through Shelden Studios. We believe that continuing to sell the images we have created will enhance the value of the originals we have created. |
| Digital Image Delivery: Our standard service is to ship image files over 6 megabytes (codes A, B, and C) on Compact Disc using second day FedEx or UPS. Images described by codes D, E, and F will normally be delivered through email to the address provided above after payment has been received. Hard copy (codes G, H, I, J, K, and L) will be shipped using second day FedEx or UPS. The shipping date may be affected by the product selection. Standard shipping is included in the listed prices. Please contact us if you need the product sooner, and we can make appropriate arrangements. Other shipping methods may increase the price depending on the specific requirements of the requested method. Shelden Studios retains the full image rights of every image it creates.
